Salter Power Pty Limited an incorporated legal practice established in Western Australia (‘Salter Power’) is subject to and will process your personal data in accordance with the National Privacy Principles established under the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth of Australia).

In the course of providing legal services Salter Power receives confidential information from its clients. All such information is held in strict confidence by us and will only be released upon specific instructions from the client concerned or as required by law.
